The above photos show a grassy area adjacent to Woodland beach. There is a curving raised section visible in the center of both photos that could very well be the right-of-way of the Smyrna and Delaware Bay Railroad. This lines up perfectly to allow the tracks to go out on the pilings in the photos below. The pilings are only visible at low tide so plan your visit accordingly.
